- Travel in a 4x4 truck (you can rent one in the city of Resistencia).
- Make sure you have a spare tire. Pay attention to the thorns of vinal, especially at the side of the road.
- Refuel whenever possible. Distances are long and there is no fuel supply in some towns and villages. You can refuel in Castelli, Miraflores and Nueva Pompeya.
- Respect the maximum speeds inside and outside the National Park. The roads cross wildlife trails therefore, to preserve the animals and safety, it is best to drive slowly and enjoy the scenery.
- Always carry a garbage bag. All types of waste should be returned to a waste disposal site.
- Be prepared for adventure. Bring water, food, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent and warm clothes. It is recommended to wear light clothing that covers arms and legs.
- Do not cut firewood.
- Cell phone and Internet signal is scarce and does not always work.
- Electric power comes from solar panels and it is limited: please use it responsibly. Do not plug in items that work with resistors, such as an electric kettle or hair dryer.
